It’s a good time to buy a home, NAR is saying in a series of newspaper ads with the headline: “Buying a home is a great way to build long-term wealth. There are some other important dividends, too.” NAR developed the ad to counter recent negative housing reports in the media, and a full-page version debuts this morning in USA Today and will run again on Nov. 9. Local versions will run in select markets nationwide on Nov. 4 and Nov. 11. Local Realtor associations can also create and place a version of the ad in their own markets.
