MARKET WATCH: CENTRAL FLORIDA

University of Central Florida economist Sean Snaith had predicted a recovery starting this summer, but he postponed his turnaround forecast yesterday, suggesting that the economy won't improve until 2009. Housing, however, should begin to recover late in 2008, he said.
