Top producers have assembled a list of professionals, vendors and outsourcers that help them get the job done; and they have also implemented such technologies as e-mail, data management applications and professionally designed Web sites. Additionally, they have organized client presentations and instituted automated lead generation tools, which typically consist of monthly mailings and Web sites that collect visitors' contact information and e-mail their clients informative articles based on the data they input. Finally, top producers have developed a brand and showcase it in custom marketing materials.
