Realtors who find new ways to bolster customer service can gain a competitive edge, boost efficiency and forge strong customer relationships. Differentiating oneself in this area is key, and can be achieved by offering clients access to resources and services they may not otherwise get. Becoming knowledgeable about home warranties, for instance, can help agents encourage their clients to purchase home warranties, which give buyers peace of mind – especially when their budgets do not give them much room to make repairs right after they move in. Sellers who offer warranties may attract buyers no longer swayed by cosmetic improvements alone, and warranties can drum up interest in homes that have been on the market awhile.
