Real estate agents who blog can do several things to rank their sites higher in search engine lists. They should use keywords in their post or article titles that grab readers' attention. While it's important to include keywords in the body of the message as well, experts caution against stuffing content with keywords. Posts that include a lot of background information should begin with a preview of the content, letting readers know it's worthwhile for them to keep reading. Additionally, ask questions to encourage reader participation, add a link to readers' Web sites at the end of the post, and make sure participants answer the "so what" question for every piece of information they provide.
