INTRODUCING FAR LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

2008 FAR President Chuck Bonfiglio and the Leadership Team, recognizing the importance of strong future leaders, announced the launch of the association’s newest program – the FAR Leadership Academy. The Academy is a multifaceted program that combines classroom training, on-your-own study, group sessions and team-building exercises to help you set goals and master advanced networking and communication skills. The FAR Leadership Academy was created to identify emerging Realtor leaders who want to get involved, make a difference, grow their business and expand their leadership skills. Open to all Florida Realtors and Realtor-Associates, the Leadership Team encourages everyone to apply early. Space is limited and only 15 individuals will be selected to participate in 2008.
