LEASE CONTRACT UPDATE
 
The Florida Bar is currently reviewing the Florida Supreme Court approved leases and will send its recommendations to the state Supreme Court for final consideration and approval. One change being recommended: Combining two of the existing leases into one, the lease for apartments and the lease for condominiums. As part of the process, the Supreme Court will have a 30-day period for public comment on the Bar’s proposed changes, and FAR plans to forward members’ suggestions at that time. If you want to propose any changes to these attached leases – either the Bar’s current changes or additional suggestions – send an e-mail to: janetv@far.org.
