Real estate brokerages are thinking outside the box to keep their business fresh and viable for consumers in the current market. Many companies are exploring international sales, short sales and foreclosure sales, as well as adding other services. Wagner Realty in Manatee County, for example, is now providing an Attorneys-on-Call service. The realty company has a deal with a local law firm to provide complimentary legal advice on real estate contracts and closings.
