A major goal of your Web site is to generate leads, though it's often difficult to persuade site visitors to fill out those online forms - but there are a few easy steps to get more Web leads. First: Make the Web forms voluntary by including the following statement above all forms: "We understand that you may be in the information gathering stage and not ready to open up about who you are or your real estate needs at this time. If you're not comfortable providing all your contact information, that is perfectly okay. Just enter your e-mail address so we can send you the material you requested." Second: Emphasize that the information provided through the forms will be kept private and not given to third parties. Third: Make the forms fun and use yellow text areas that prompt users to input information.
