A new and improved version of TransactionDesk is scheduled to launch Nov. 27, according to the folks at REIS, a wholly owned subsidiary of FAR that develops new technologies and business solutions for Realtors. The enhanced version features tools and resources that make TransactionDesk easier to use, including a simplified interface; the ability to start a new transaction file in minutes; a function called Quick Start Groups, which enables the Realtor to associate commonly-used contracts and forms with transaction files; the ability to create To Do lists for every transaction quickly and easily; and new tools for brokers so they can create transaction templates that ensure associates and staff are using the proper business forms and contracts for every listing, offer of sale and lease. Another neat feature: the DocBox fax-back coversheet is automatically added to every transaction, so clients, customers and vendors can fax you a document that will be instantly filed with the transaction.
